Overview
Surrounded by mountains and forests on the shore of Lake Stynevatnet, guests at Mindresunde Camping are just 50 minutes’ drive from Hellesylt and world famous Geirangerfjord. The self-catering cottages come with free Wi-Fi. The village of Stryn is 10 km from the site, and Mindresunde Camping is 100 metres from a bus route that leads up to the year-round Stryn Ski Centre. Accommodation consists of wooden cottages, some with a terrace, featuring a private bathroom and kitchen with a living room and TV. The site offers canoe and boat rental, and a summertime grocery kiosk. Fishing is possible in the lake, and the surrounding mountains are popular with hikers and mountain bikers.

This is a gem of a find. I wish I had stayed here longer. Beautiful location and a very comfortable camp house. We had a great time. Everything was hassle free. The views around were breathtaking. The beds were really comfortable. We had a well equipped kitchen. The neatest town Stryn is 9 mins drive. Has a lovely terrace.

“Loved this camping place”
There is no doubt that the lake view is stunning! The outside area of the camping is awesome - well maintained grass, barbeque, kids playground etc. The camping is just 7 minutes drive from the town where you can stock on food for cooking. This was the first time we stayed in a camping and we didn't know about the camping culture - you need to bring (or rent) bedsheets and do your bed yourself. After your stay you need to clean for the next person. The bungalow was very basic - one room with beds, one kitchen with a sofa where you can hang out, and the veranda outside with a table and chairs.

“Beautiful and peaceful”
Spotlessly clean, very nice view, peacefull. Cabin was good size. Shower was good, welcoming staff. We will stay again and recommend :) Everything was as described, renovated, comfortable. Bed was food size, and we got linen as requested.
