Located on the riverbank and offering a private access to the river, Saguamby Mindo Lodge is located in Mindo. “Magical”
The location beside the river was magical. The accommodation was stunning, super clean with everything you could possibly need. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip., sitting in the platform restaurant looking at the wildlife. Magical.

“Perfect stay”
The room and the lodge were beautiful. It was lovely to sit in the restaurant overlooking the stream and watching the birds. It's a 5 min walk to the centre which is just enough to be away from the traffic. The staff could not have been more helpful.

“A wonderful place to stay!”
The #2 room overlooking the river was gorgeous. Breakfast was very good also....room service. I just wish I could have eaten all the fruit!

“Nice place to stay near the river”
Staff was excellent, bubble bath a plus. Location near the river is very beautiful. Breakfast is huge and well made. They have a restaurant for dinner too, but reserve ahead, they're not open if there's no reservation. Dinner was good. The garden is beautiful and has a lot of birds, the terrace that looks out on the river is a nice spot.

“Everything was perfect. Staff are exceptional.”
Everything. Room was incredible. I asked them to decorate the room for my partners birthday and it was incredible. We were too late coming home from a tour for dinner and one of the staff organised pizza for us, they really went above and beyond. Beautiful spot, definitely recommend.

We had one of the suites that overlooked the river and it was absolutely magical. The room had everything you could want and all you could hear was the sound of the water. The breakfast was the best we had anywhere in Ecuador, very filling, different everyday and absolutely delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Enid and Xavier. There are lots of activities they can attange and both the birdwatching with Peter and the visit to the butterfly park nearby (25 min enjoyable walk) were well worth doing.

A really gorgeous property with an excellent breakfast. The room felt like a giant treehouse, complete with a hammock on the balcony! Very peaceful and serene place to unwind in Mindo. The restaurant food was delicious, and the included breakfast was amazing (and filling!).

“Magical”
Personnel was so helpful and kind. We got upgraded to the superior suite next to the river, I must say this was a magical place. You can open all the curtains and wake up between the trees. De view is spectacular, and important: river was kept clean. Breakfast was delicious and a lot :) I could have stayed here a week :)
