Great location, very helpful friendly staff, spacious clean bedrooms

“Friendly staff exceeding expectations!”

Wonderful host! She helped us out so much with any questions we had and even gave us some tips on how to make the most of our experience. Also great service and cleanliness. I highly recommend the laundry service if you need any clothes cleaned! The location is super convenient too - you're close enough to be within walking distance of everything but not enough to be affected by the noise of people out at night. The water jug was super convenient to refill our water bottles instead of having to go to a store everyday or stay thirsty. TLDR: - convenient location - clean - water jug to refill bottle

The staff were friendly and helpful and the beds comfortable. A washing service was available.There were hammocks, a lovely wood interior and a chess board to play on. It was a lovely place to stay.

The owner was so lovely, she even made us a cake! Great location, right in town and super close to everything. Rooms were big and very clean. Kitchen with fridge, cooking facilities, microwave and coffee machine. Fast wifi. The artwork throughout the building is beautiful and there’s several common areas to relax. Our favourite part was the owner and her dog Linda

Location in the city centre, just a few steps from bus terminal, main square, most restaurants and agencies organising tubing, canyoning and much more. I got a nice room with a balcony (hammock + small table with a pair of chairs). Big enough and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Lots of electrical sockets available, including some near the bed. Good location, very close to restaurants and shops. There is access to a well fitted kitchen with four cooking hobs, fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed. Extra blanket. Hot water in the shower, although you might need to locate the breaker switch in the shower and turn it on before you get hot water. Good price. Beautiful artwork painted on all the walls by the owner. Free drinking water available. Hot water in the kitchen sink. Hammocks and hanging chairs everywhere. Lovely friendly helpful host family.

I didn't have breakfast. The property was very nice, very close to the main street in town and all the restaurants. I loved the balcony but it was loud at night as there was music from a nearby bar pounding until 02:30am. I had free parking under a covered parking lot and that was great as it was raining there. The bed was very comfortable and the "suicide" electric shower worked very well with hot warm which often is not the case.

Staff was very friendly. Decorative murals were tasteful. Hot water shower was instant and comfortable.
