Good location, not far from center, Manuela kindly waited after my late arrival.

The host was very welcoming and responsive to our questions.

Manuela is a great host. I had a long term stay. Had to go away for a week and needed a taxi from the airport. I could only find one for $120. Asking Manuela she managed to find one for $55. Which was much appreciated. I was also given a free upgrade! Will miss Mindo, a beautiful area with a friendly community.

Contacted Manuela and she got me one for $55 dollars. Which was much appreciated. I was also given a free upgrade on my accommodation for the last 3 weeks. I was sorry to leave Mindo, it's a beautiful with friendly community.

Lovely little apartment on side street, within a few minutes walking distance of the town centre, bus terminal and many attractions. There is also a small shop next door, which was handy for milk, beers, etc. Very small but well laid out (we stayed longer and moved to the larger apartment at the back, which was very spacious and had a garden area). The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful and responded promptly to all our queries. The front apartment was accessed by key, and the front could be opened up to air the room (but then the street could look in!) It was very clean, with a compact kitchen area (larger in the rear apartment) with a 1 ring hob, electric kettle, fridge and small amount of pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery (once we had been shown where these were kept) etc. Wifi/internet/network was excellent throughout, and Netflix and other streaming content available. It could be chilly at night, but plenty of bed covers to keep you warm. The bed was small but comfortable. Trash had to be separated, organic from inorganic, but that was for the whole town. Other than that, no recycling was evident. The bathroom had plenty of shelving, and the Brazilian style shower was good, once adjusted properly for the water pressure!

Had a fantastic time here, the hosts were super friendly and always quick to respond, which made everything easy. The location is perfect: close enough to the town center for convenience but tucked away in a quieter neighborhood.

This was close to the hummingbirds and walking to the center where we ate and caught taxis. The bed was super comfy and we had a good night sleep. Very clean. Owner met us and let us in and the place was secure.

One bed house was excellent re facilities, cleanliness and location.Very spacious bedroom and living room decorated in style with 2 toilets.

The host was very nice and helpful and always replied very quickly, very clean and a short walk from the centre.

Well set out apartment. Communication via whatsapp was easy. Only minutes from the Punto Ornitologico, the best place for hummingbirds we found.

The flat was beautiful, the kitchen was complete and the bedrooms were comfortable.

The place is very private, so if that is what you're looking for it's a great option. The hosts were also very helpful and hospitable. The facilities were handy, we were able to cook a couple of meals in the kitchen. A good, affordable base to set up with a group to enjoy the activities Mindo has to offer.
