“Excellent hotel”

I have now stayed there on 2 different occasions. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are well decorated and equipped. The bed is very comfortable. The general location is excellent, but one needs to be careful at night.

Very Central. people very welcoming and helpful. Security is very important to them, so they have a 24/7 security guard to open the door.

Staff were very friendly especially Paula. Her restaurant recommendations were great.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the very beginning, the service was incredibly kind and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made me feel comfortable right away 😊 One of the best things about my stay was the bed it was super comfortable! I slept really well every night, which made a big difference after a long day of travelling. The room was clean, cozy, and very well prepared. I was also pleasantly surprised because the staff prepared my room much earlier than expected. This was a huge help after my trip, and I really appreciated the effort they made for me. It showed how much they care about their guests ❤️ Another thing worth mentioning is that the hotel staff arranged a taxi to the airport for me. The price was 1200 escudo, which was very convenient and saved me a lot of time and stress. Everything was organized perfectly and smoothly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I would gladly stay here again. Amazing service, a very comfortable bed, and excellent support from the staff made this stay truly special ⭐

The person at the reception was amazing, unfortunately I forgot his name. I normally only give 10/10 to places that on top of being great have something truly unique, like extraordinarily beautiful building or views, something that stays with you after the stay. With this place, it was the person working the reception while I was there. He makes this place a true gem instead of just another great hotel.

Receptionist was very kind and informative. She greeted me with a welcome drink and booked a dinner for me in a nearby restaurant. The room has modern equipment and a very comfortable bed. I loved the balcony with a street view. They prepared for me a breakfast to go as I needed to check out early to catch a ferry.

Location was excellent. They give you towels for the beach which was great! The room was very clean and had everything you needed, very comfy bed. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The stuff was incredibly helpful and joyful, the jacuzzi was great for sunsets before going to diner, the breakfast had plenty of options. The location was great as well. When I book the hotel I thought it might be a bit expensive, then when I stayed there I decided to change my plans so I can stay in the hotel one more night, totally worth the money. I would definitely recommend it.

Comfortable room, nice hotel terrace, good location in the city centre. The staff was very nice and helpful. We needed to leave before breakfast and were offered a take-away meal.

“Perfect place in Sao Vicente”

Everything. From the welcoming staff and beautiful decorations to the comfort of the room, the location being central and accesible from anywhere. Supermarket just in front. You get too quality hotel and service, for a good price. I will definitely stay again if I'm in Sao Vicente. The welcoming drinks, the bed was super nice and cozy and comfortable. The rooftop with jacuzzi could be better but to be honest I enjoyed the sun alone on the terrace which was needed. Breakfast had options and was nice and tasty 😋 My experience overall was perfect!

The staff are amazing. So friendly. Location right in the middle of town. It was ideal!

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were fantastic, and rooms were brilliant. A hot tub on the roof to look over the city was amazing. Staff even provided an early breakfast for us, as we had an early start for the ferry
