The hotel is in a great central location, and the room was very clean. However, the main reason I gave a 10/10 rating was the staff. Jasmine was absolutely wonderful—very kind, genuinely friendly, and naturally warm in the way she interacted with us. I would also like to mention Noelia, who works in the café downstairs. She was equally pleasant and nice.

“If you stay only a few nights the place is acceptable and has a great location but you can find way better things in the”
The room was cozy and had a great location. The breakfast was good and a lot of food. The staff at the beginning wasn't very welcoming although throughout the stay they became really friendly and helpful!

“Quite overpriced”
It’s quite overpriced. Poor shower, no toilet roll… basics not met. Breakfast was very basic and we were told they ran out of eggs… all of the above would have been fine if it was half the price!!!

Friendly staff, we were leaving at about 6 am due to early ferry departure - I just mentioned this to find out if it is ok to check out this early. Later in the evening, without asking for anything, they brought us picked breakfast: very nice sandwich, youghurt, Apple and apple juice. Excellent service. Thank you.

I have stayed here a few times over the years and always receive a warm welcome from the owners and the friendly staff. It feels like a home from home for me. Good location close to the harbour, shops restaurants and bars. Already looking forward to my next visit.
