The receptionist has been very kind and flexible. Helped with checking in on late hours and other things. Thumbs up for her. The room was big and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The hotel position is just perfect.

“Good stay at the casa but the cleaning could be better”
The location is great. Staff is really nice, they speak french and are welcoming. The room was spacious. Wifi worked well but no too well....this is Cap-Vert. Ahah There was a good pressure in the shower and hot water...a real confort!

“Central stay in Mindelo, everything in walking distance”
- Working AC - central location - if you leave your luggage (arrival or departure) it's safely stored and locked up - taxi transfer to airport was organised

A stayed two Times at the apartment - it is very spacious and clean. It is only a few minutes to the Town center and the beach and quiet at night (maybe except dogs barking, but I did not mind that.) Only the procedure of the check in could be improved.

“Good for a night or two stay, great value”
Great location, close to the great restaurants Casa Cafe and Pergola. Simple and all you need for a nights stay or two. Make sure you have data or sim though because we had to call the owner to check in but we didn't have the ability to do it, luckily we met another customer coming through the door.

The room was quite big, everything was new and comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful (eg to do the laundry). The location is handy, very central but quiet at night. The price is reasonable.

“Excellent value for money, centrally located in the old town”
Excellent value for money! Our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is located right at the edge of the old town. We walked everywhere and very much enjoyed our stay there. Certainly recommended as the standard of the room is very good considering the rather low price.
