We chose this hotel for its excellent location, but our stay was marked by a few inconveniences that affected our rest. The Positives: Prime Location: Perfectly situated—only a 10-minute walk to the beach and just 6 minutes from the ferry terminal, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Spotless Cleanliness: The room was exceptionally clean, which we really appreciated. Space: The room itself was very large and spacious. Breakfast: Acceptable, with enough options to start the day ( mainly sweets, but eggs and cheese available)

“Top pick to experience Mindelo”
Room with plenty of space, including the bathroom and shower being quite large, comfortable bed. Also, location very convient. The bar/restaurant has a nice vibe and very nice stuff

“Comfortable hotel in the heart of Mindelo”
I stayed twice at Prassa 3 Boutique Hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is excellently located in the center of Mindelo, very close to the harbor, which is ideal for exploring the city. The taxi ride from the airport cost around EUR 12 and I received a friendly welcome upon arrival. I stayed in a Junior Suite, which had airconditioning and was very comfortable. This is definitely a good option compared to the simpler rooms, which apparantly do not have airconditioning. The hotel has a nice restaurant and the breakfast was reasonable. Overall, I would recommend Prassa 3 Boutique Hotel, especially the Junior Suite, for its location, comfort and friendly service.
