“A good hotel in the city”

Ouril is a beautiful and modern hotel that is very well-positioned. We stayed there 2 days to visit Mindelo right before going to Santo Antao. It was practical as it was truly a few steps away from the port. It was also great to go to the beach Praia Da Laginha. You can go to all the important landmarks on foot from there. The rooms are quite nice, there are a lot of amenities, and their restaurant is also very good.

Perfect location, in front of the ferry. Breakfast available from 7 am, very good and with variety, good value for money, totally recommended. Ferry in front of the hotel, center of Mindelo 5 min away on foot. Very good views. Big bed, 1 small bottle of water on the house.

Breakfast solid. Good wifi. Comfy bed. Very accommodating with bag storage. Great view of harbor on terrace.

“A very nice and welcoming place”

The hotel is probably one of the best in town (even though we have not visited them all!). Very modern and well equipped, it is ideally located: in front of the harbour where the ferries are. It is also close to the city centre where good food, places of interest and good music are. The rooms are vast , comfortable and calm. Breakfast on the rooftop is a very nice experience.

Location is great - just a short walk from/to the ferry port and it is easy to walk to town. Breakfast is on the roof terrace, which is nice when the sun is not too hot yet. A small fridge in the room had a complementary bottle of water :)

Really lovely hotel. Nicely decorated and lovely pool areas. Fantastic sea views and great balcony. Nice clean rooms. Highly recommend stay here. Would be pushed to find anywhere better in Mindelo. Good value for money. Staff very helpful

“A beautiful stay”

The room we were in had a beautiful view, location is perfect. Nice breakfast. The city beach is nearby. Felt really safe and staff was so nice

“Great place overall”

Location is perfect and we got a room overlooking the sea which is well worth the extra. The staff were great, the restaurant was good, the pool area was nice, the room was good quality and clean.

The food was excellent and the breakfast room had a lovely view over the harbour. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi good. Very good location between the town and Laghina beach. Very close to the ferry for Santo Antao.

“Perfect location, room, staff, restaurant, view. You must stay there.”

Everything was perfect. Perfect location right on the port with a stunning view. Very clean and big room. Very delicious food at the restaurant of the hotel. Breakfast with a view. A swimming pool with a beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Keriana and George. I will definitely stay there again. Very recommended.
