The apartment was exactly as pictured, very well located, bright, quiet, very clean, and with all the comforts. I had a very bad experience with another apartment listed on Booking.com on the same street. Here, the owner was kind, attentive, and truly wonderful; I highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay overall, and there were several things we truly appreciated. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view. We were warmly welcomed by the very friendly owner, who was waiting for us right on time. The cold, chilled water, the fruit plate, and the personalized postcards were a lovely and thoughtful touch that made us feel genuinely cared for. Six of us stayed in the apartment, and there was enough space for everyone. The air conditioning worked well, although we used it only minimally because of the electricity usage limit. However, there were some serious issues that affected our stay. The surrounding area is unfortunately quite run-down and dirty, and the constant construction work nearby was very disturbing. At night, the noise from boats being repaired close to the apartments made it difficult to sleep. Because of the heat, we tried opening the windows, but the outside noise was overwhelming. The two twin bedrooms were practically unusable. The air conditioning units from the building are positioned directly beneath the windows, and they produce loud noise all night long. The windows also face a wall, which reflects the sound and makes it even worse. Even with the windows closed, the noise was very noticeable. Guests from another apartment were using the air conditioning, which added to the problem. At the moment, only a few apartments in the building seem to be operating, but if all of them become occupied in the future, I believe this apartment would be extremely difficult to enjoy due to the reasons mentioned above. Considering the overall comfort and the issues with noise and the surrounding environment, the price feels similar to Western European accommodation costs, but the experience does not meet that standard. For these reasons, I would recommend this apartment for a maximum of four guests instead of six.
