The apartment had plenty of room, and was very close to the beach and not very far from the center on foot, although the surrounginds were far from attractive. The air conditioning worked very well. The host took care of organizing the taxi back to the airport (we paid for it, of course, no issue).

The day of checkout was the day after the storm and the host was very accommodating with letting us stay past the checkout time while we sorted ourselves before heading to the airport in the evening.

I've given it a 10 because I got exactly what I paid for. Not only that I had issues with changing currencies on the day so the owner let me sort myself out before paying. I ended up doing via revolut which should have been my plan in the first place as it's so straightforward. It's also really close to the beach and my favourite place to eat - Crazy kitchen. The apartment was clean and I had access to a washing machine downstairs. The Aircon was needed so I was grateful for it.

“Clean and Excellent location apartment”

I have a lot of amazing things to say about this apartment and its owner: Vania (owner) was adorable. Such a nice, authentic and helpful. She put me in contact with 2 taxis drivers (one for day trips and one for night trips). Put me in contact with a tour guide for my visit of the different sites in Mindelo. She also had the courtesy to allow me to leave my luggage in the basement of the residence so I can enjoy the city after my checkout ! Also, she can recommend you really nice spots in the city. When it comes to the apartment it exceeded my expectations: - It was SUPER CLEAN. The bed sheet, the towels were all clean and smelling very nice ; - The apartment is exactly like presented on the picture (clean, bright and provided with all the necessary for cooking...). It has wifi, hot water and other perks ; - The location is amazing, literally 5 mins walk to the most beautiful beach of Mindelo, 15mins walk to the port (to catch the ferry to other islands) and 20mins walk to Municipal Market (for cheaper grocery shopping experience). You can also walk to go visit the fish market, Cultural center and other sites in Mindelo. Also, has several restaurants next to the house (2mins walk) for breakfast, lunch... and a mini-market for quick shop.

The flat was clean. It was a short walk from the beach.

The Appartement was clean and it was near to the Beach. The neighborhood is nice and I always felt very safe also at night. Eloisa is very nice. Thanks for everything.
