Beautiful apartment with a great view over the city and the sea. Conveniently close to Laginha Beach, about 20 minutes walking to the city center. Carlos is a great host and happy to help if necessary. A small pool is available for the guests. There is a supermarket next to the entrance to the building.

The apartments are exceptionally well maintained, decorated and clean. The view is mesmerizing, and the location is great, it's only a short walk to Laginha beach. I travelled to S. Vicente with a group of 6 and everyone was incredibly pleased with the stay, and we will comeback for sure. I also want to leave a word to our host, Carlos, who is very welcoming and helpful. He had the answer to any of our questions. I recommend staying at Mindelo apartments to anyone visiting S. Vicente

“Beautiful and comfortable place with amazing view and helpful host walking distance to laginha beach”
The place is beautiful and very well located. It is close to the laginha beach and it is easy to go to the city center by taxi. During the day you can go walking. I found a perfect place to rest, which was my goal. Carlos, the host, is the best in the world! He was a great partner and helped me with everything. The view is wonderful! I recommend it!

“Chic apartment living in a lively and beautiful beach city.”
The apartment is gorgeous, well appointed with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The living area is spacious with a phenomeal view of Mindelo Bay, the bedrooms are peaceful & comfortable (great beds and climate control), and everything from the wifi to the showers function flawlessly. Carlos is a great host and makes everything easy. I just wish I could live there permanently!!

It was very nice apartment to stay in, plus a grocery shop is just Downstairs. All the facilities listed was included, service was great. Carols helped us with all we need, even suggested the best restaurants with live music. Wery pleased with choosing Mindelo Apartment.
