We had a wonderful stay and especially loved the hosts, Sonia & Anselmo. They are true superhosts. They take care of you like loving parents — warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to their guests. We arrived at 10:00 even though check-in was officially at 12:00, but they still welcomed us kindly and made sure we were comfortable from the very beginning. Throughout the entire week they looked after our well-being and did everything with heart. Their hospitality made the stay truly special. Thank you, Sonia & Anselmo!

“Nice for few days or on budget”

Clean room and bed, 5min walk to beach. Fan and hot water avaklable. Good bed. Very friendly staff. Perfect for few days - even longer if you are on budget. Other rooms are with balkon.

Good location 5 min to see the Laginha Beach , we took a taxi from airport to the guest house for 12 euros and he easily located it , Sonia was very helpful and very easy to communicate even with the language barrier, they also let us keep our luggage for 4 days as we had a trip to Santo Antao and we couldn’t bring the heavy suitcases .

Great location just moments from the beach and an easy walk into town. Very clean and the room has everything you need. Breakfast was lovely and served at 9am. Lovely host and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Unsafe area in town. Room was big but not comfortable. Horrible lighting. Breakfast was minimal. Even though they charge extra.

Good location, short walk from the beach. Restaurant and basic shop just across the street road. The staff was nice and accommodating and prepared us a snack as we couldn’t make use of the included breakfast (due to early departure via ferry).

We stayed there for two nights and found clean rooms with very helpful and kind hosts. A very good choice for this price. The location is about a 15–20 minute walk from the port, and also a 15–20 minute taxi ride from the airport. They serve you a decent breakfast. :) Thank you Sónia and Anseomi again!

Anselmo and Sonia are super nice! Our flight was cancelled and they assisted us a lot. They even gave us some snacks to eat at the airport. 100% recomendable!
