There is very little information on the listing about the fact that you are renting a room in an apartment and sharing it with the host. Yes, the room has its own private bathroom, a nice design, and a comfortable bed. However, the problems started before arrival. I only received the building number after messaging through Booking.com the day before check-in, but the apartment number was not provided. I didn’t have internet access at the time, and luckily there was a clinic in the building that allowed me to use their Wi-Fi so I could contact the host and ask for the apartment number. There are about 8 apartments in the building, so this information is essential. I believe it’s not appropriate to leave guests without these important details, and this information should either be provided in advance or clearly stated in the listing. On a positive note, the host kindly allowed us to leave our luggage two hours before check-in so we could wait comfortably without our bags.

Alcinda welcomed us with open arms in her beautiful and perfectly located appartment. The room had a private bathroom and was super clean and comfortable. Alcinda is very kind and even helped us organize a taxi since we had to leave very early in the morning the next day. So rather than taking an anonymous and overpriced hotel, stay with Alcinda and you will be happy :) Thank you for the nice experience and I wish you all the best!

Very clean, spacious room and big bathroom in this new modern building in the city centre. Alcinda was home to meet me, and was very discreet during my stay. Slept very well in the comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Kettle and coffee & tea in the room. To enter the building you need to ring 4 D (right) but when you come out of the lift, it is on your left ;-) (no names on the doors)
