Great location. Very close to the beach. Lovely sunset view. Convenient bus connection to the City Center or a 20min walk. Spacious and comfy Appartement.

“Great host , great apartment in a great city”
Chris is great and the apartment is so nice (honestly the pictures don't do it justice). Quick walk to the beach, which we loved. The apartment has sea views from all the living room windows, bakery and shop near by and 20 mins walk to town. We are in nearby crazy kitchen which was great food with a mix of tourist and locals Fully equipped kitchen Mindelo isn't a quiet town so there is noise from the city, but that's to be expected and I slept well (even though I'm a light sleeper)

Chris is the perfect host and welcomed us when we arrived. He also was very helpful during our stay. The apartment was big, clean and very cozy. The view from the balcony and the rooftopterrace is awsome. It has the perfect sunsets. Walkingdistance to the beach, and a bit more walkingdistance to the city center. Supermarked just outside the apartment.

Wonderful stay in a delightful appartment with a sea view balcony on the second floor. Very near the beach and harbour. All nice spots in Mindelo are easy to reach within a small walk. Kind, relaxed and helpful host. Would like to come again some time.

Good location near the waterfront in Mindelo. Very helpful host who helped us with our trip to San Antao. Mindelo is a great town for wandering around.

The owner Cristian received us with the keys at the door, and showed us his very neat and clean apartment, which we liked very much, it was close to the beach, restaurants., bakery, little supermarket. We can really recommend this place.

“A beautiful apartment with a beautiful view”
Beautiful apartment with fantastic views -- you can watch the sunset from the window or from the roof terrace. Very tastefully done, very spacious, and great location for the beach. There are three mini mercados super close by, and it was easy to get a taxi from the road. Christian was a great host, very helpful and friendly. Kitchen was well equipped and it generally felt more like house sitting than renting a vacation apartment. No AC, but a lovely cool breeze and fans in every room -- this was our best stay in CV for temperature and comfort (and lots of other things). Generally a quiet apartment, and we slept very well. Would 100% come again, and stay for longer!
