The location is stunning, the common area is really beautiful and overlooks the jungle and down to the ocean. The sunsets were exceptional and we could watch birds flying about in the morning from our bed!

“Just amazing”
Great amenities. Wonderful views. Very modernly and tastefully designed. Kept in great condition. Great opportunity to meet people. You're even provided with binoculars. Relatively free from bugs considering you're in the middle of the jungle.

“A haven in the jungle”
It's a fantastic space, beautifully appointed with great taste. The beds are comfy and large and the bathrooms are spacious too. Stunning views towards the sea and also away from the mosquitos and madness of Minca town.

“A DIFFERENT NEW YEARS´S EVE”
I rented the entire villa for my wife and 3 children to spend New Year's Eve in a place far from the city of concrete, in a quiet location but without sacrificing the comforts we are used to. This place is magical; its views, its facilities, and the experience itself allow you to enjoy nature with all the comforts of the city. Access must be done in a 4x4, which you can arrange to hire in Minca. You can bring everything you need for food and drinks, and that's it. One thing that is essential, considering we're in the jungle, is a good insect repellent and insecticide in case you need it. The bird-watching tour and the excursions to the different waterfalls in the area are a must. I recommend the Hidden Waterfall due to its proximity and solitude.

Truly beautiful location and view. Everything exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. We stayed in the upstairs room, and bathroom with a view was a plus! We loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying the view and birds chirping. The common areas (couches, kitchen, dining area) are shared with the other guests. Host was also very responsive and helpful with contacts and suggestions for the area. As other reviews have mentioned, the house is a 15-20 minute walk up a quiet steep rocky road. Most of the places to stay in the area are similarly outside the town itself so this certainly isn't unusual, but worth it to know that you'll need to hike or pay a mototaxi or 4x4 to get in and out (including for food if you want to eat out)

“Amazing, modern villa with stunning views”
Everything!!! The villa is really modern, Rosa greeted us warmly and gave us loads of info on the house. The views are stunning from all bedrooms and especially the veranda. The digital welcome package is extremely helpful, as it included restaurants we ordered dinner and breakfast from. We only stayed for one night and regretted it. The most amazing place!!!
