The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Transportation to and from the airport was very well organized, with a kind and careful driver, which made the arrival and departure very smooth. The location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Despite the heavy rain during our stay, we enjoyed the massage and yoga sessions, which were very relaxing and well organized. The overall atmosphere is calm and the setting is stunning.

We had an excellent stay at Trekker. The rooms are very clean and have an amazing balcony with a view. Also the jacuzzi is amazing to relax. To the lodge belongs a great restaurant, especially the fish dishes were amazing and totally worth the price. Also the staff was extremely friendly. You can get there either by 4WD, moto taxi (which is a cool and adventurous experience) or hike if you do not have lots of luggage. There is a cool waterfall nearby and you can easily hike to Minca from there during your stay.

“Heaven”
That view when you wake up has no price. But also: the personnel is lovely, everything super clean, respectful of nature. Food and drinks are on the pricey side, but worth it. We joined a yoga class and a bird-watching tour - both excellent. Walking to town is easy downhill but really difficult uphill - a mototaxi will cost 15.000 COP (very safe even at night - though no helmet). Many restaurants, bar, cafes and little shops down in town. We will surely come back ! Many thanks everyone.

The location is beautiful, the view is dreamlike, it’s a real treat. Definitely worth splashing out on. It’s definitely worth getting a few of the experiences. That’s what really sets this place apart. They sent me the brochure of experiences when I booked and I was very excited so I booked 3 of them. A kambo ceremony, a massage and a hike to a waterfall with an indigenous guide. I usually prefer to just spend my days in the pool, but the experiences here were really high end and didn’t feel in any way “off the shelf” tourist rubbish. Really authentic. The highlight of my holiday. Oh and then there’s a heated infinity pool. The perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets with a cool drink.
