Beautiful place in the middle of the nature. They have a lot of rescued animals there and you wake up with hummingbirds on the balcony everyday. Ideal place for nature lovers with beautiful views from the balcony.

“Amazing hotel in Minca!”

We had everything we needed here! It’s so nice that this hotel also works as an animal sanctuary :) there’s lots of cute birds and other animals around, and the staff will also give you a pretty good tour and background about all of them! The food was also super delicious, which really counts because in Minca we are a bit isolated and have at least 2 meals where we stay so the fact that the food was amazing was definitely a plus!

“We wished we could have stayed longer !”

We only spent one night at Tierra Adentro, and it was worth it. We walked from Minka to the hotel which is feasible if you don’t have too much luggage, it’s a climb up along the river and you’ll see lots of birds. The staff at the hotel was welcoming, the room was nice and clean and we had a breathtaking view over the mountains. We did a birdwatching tour in the early morning with a great guide. There are plenty of items on the menu and the food was nice, we really enjoyed the breakfast. It was very quiet and there were so many hummingbirds everywhere, we loved it.

Amazing hotel on a reservation, tucked away in the mountain. Beautiful place to see the biodiversity of animals and plants. The staff are helpful, and though rooms could be a bit more comfy with softer beds and doors that are easier to use, it was so worth it.

Staff is very friendly, food is very good, the hotel is in the middle of pure nature. The river and the falls are very close by. Highly recommended!

The View from the room was incredible, it was like waking up in paradise, with the sounds of waterfalls and birds near by. The terrace was gorgeous! The Reserve itself was absolutely breathtaking, with peacocks and hummingbirds everywhere! Dinners felt like they were catered just for us with very fresh ingredients of what ever was in the kitchen, I think I had one of the best steaks. Staff was super friendly.

Very, very nice views of the valley from our terrace (we had a bungalow room). Parrots, hummingbirds, etc… Very good breakfast. Large window with good mosquito net, so the view was eqally good from inside the room!
