This place is truly amazing ! Everything about it is fantastic. We walked up, it’s not that hard, we did it everyday in fact. Just don’t bring a bag that’s too big. So if you’re put off but the price of the 4x4 or the safety of the moto taxi, waking is a very doable option. It’s a bit sweaty. But the pool is very refreshing (after a shower). They could make the food vegan everyday.

This place is paradise! Watching sunsets from the pool was an experience for itself. Food is really good, tastes like mama's cuisine (always vegi and meat options). The staff is friendly, few activities to do around but you will not want to leave this place anyway :) bit tricky to get up there but if you arrive in minca before sunset it should be no problem to find a 4x4 or moto

I absolutely loved my stay at Mundo Nuevo. Being surrounded by jungle made it feel peaceful and magical, and the sunsets were honestly some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Starting the day with morning yoga was such a perfect touch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming the whole time. The food was also amazing – big portions and really delicious. It’s a perfect place to relax, disconnect, and enjoy nature. I would definitely come back!

Beautiful location in the hills above Minca. Fantastic views of the surrounding countryside, surrounded by tropical rainforest. The staff was extremely friendly and overall there was a great community ambience.

Amazing hotel in Minca in the middle of nature. The food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner was super tasty and great value for money. The pool had a lovely infinity view over the mountains. The staff were great and very helpful. The hotel was clean and well organised. Lots of shared spaces with other guests. Nice bar with good cocktails.

The most beautiful place. Rooms were really comfortable, beautiful lounge areas, the pool is amazing!!!! Yoga was great in the morning and the food is so good. Such a great place to stay!

“Amazing stay with a wonderful view!”

Amazing place! It's about 20 minutes further up than Minca - you'll have to take a moto taxi (if you have a backpack only) or a 4x4 truck (for suitcases) to go up there. It's quite remote and quiet. We loved our stay! The view for sunset is amazing. Pros: - The food is good - The pool is amazing! There's a bar out there too if you'd like a drink - There's a bunch of activities you can do (Birdwatching is great, visiting the cacao farm nearby is awesome, going to waterfalls too!) - Quiet space where you can meet other travellers - We had the Jaguar room and it was perfect for a couple - romantic and beautiful! - The view is unbeatable

This eco lodge was the best accommodation we have stayed in so far in Colombia. It was an oasis of peace, everything was cared for really well and the staff was super nice.

Loved our stay there! Perfect place to relax and chill (especially after the Ciudad Perdida Hike for us). Not walkable into town but that makes it even greater to just hide away for a while. Great mix between hostel and hotel.

This is a destination in itself. Set high above the town of Minca an oasis awaits you. With beautiful grounds and an infinity pool overlooking the mountains there really is no reason to leave! The staff are however what really make this experience. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to help us, we’re kind, joyful and friendly. I really could not recommend coming here more.
