We had the best time here, the rooms are spacious comfortable and clean, hot water electricity and WiFi were always available. It was quiet at night and the beds were very comfy. We had the best sleep after two days of intense hiking . What sets this place apart is the hospitality of the family, they are kind generous and have lots of stories about the area. The food is exceptional, by far the best we had in the region. They also have some luxury rooms and cosy stone cottages which we would definitely go for in our next visit :)

“Go there and stay there. Amazing place and amazing people!”

Manakur was the best place I stayed during my trip to Pakistan. Everything was perfect, from the welcome (free tea and a free motorcycle ride to the guesthouse offered by the owner's son), to the quality of the room (large and very comfortable bed, clean bathroom). Not to mention the food (there are some typical Minapin meat dishes on the menu that you absolutely must try. The portions are also huge!). The location is perfect as well, since Manakur is the last building in Minapin, so the closest to the start of the trek to Rakaposhi! The owner is fantastic, keeping you company without being intrusive and telling many interesting stories about his life (huge thanks for the cigarette). Manakur is an amazing place, and for the service offered, I would have happily paid even more. Go there if you are in Minapin, and you won't regret it!!!

“Amazing stay in Minapin, right next to start Rakaposhi trail”

Perfect location for the Rakaposhi basecamp hike, as the trail starts right next to the hotel. Staff is wonderful, so helpful and friendly. Rooms are basic but comfortable.

Great place to stay. The room was spacious and very quiet. Bathroom was very clean and with hot water. The staff are very kind and friendly and the food is fantastic. Nice chill out area to chat with other guests

A fantastic stay. A very well run hotel, nice and clean, in a brilliant location where the R. base camp trail starts. The owners are very kind and welcoming. Wifi works well. Good value. Great food and chai. A pleasant common area to sit and chat with other hikers. I loved every minute there. Thanks very much!

Some of the things we really liked: the staff was very friendly and helpful, Rakaposhi basecamp trail is within walking distance out the front door, the dining area was very comfortable to lounge in, and the local bus picked us up at the front door. Great dollar value and comfortable stay!

The price was cheap and location was brilliant ideal for Rakaposhi base camp trek. Also owner Fida Hussein was very helpful and made local vegetables for us which was very delicious.

“Perfect place in Minapin”

Great location in Minapin, perfect for Rakaposhi hiking. Super friendly host who speaks very good English. Tasty food as well. Amazing place to stay for the cost.

We had a great stay. Got greeted by tea and we ordered dinner and breakfast. The hotel is located at the end of Minapin which can be harder to reach from the main road (it's about 4km away).

The staff was absolutely great and the food just amazing. The location is really good if you want to go trekking in Rakaposhi. I definitely recommend a stop here.

Staff are absolute legends at this place! I got a bad case of food poisoning and the owner drove me to hospital, waited there with me all day, drove me back and spent the next few days making sure I was getting better by cooking special plain rice etc! Would strongly recommend this place, facilities are also fantastic and it was very clean. Also great for solo travellers, good communal area.

Great location, right next to the start of the Rakaposhi base camp trek. The owner Fida Hussain, and his team are great. Very helpful and caring. The rooms are clean, and the food is good. I recommend this as a place to stay in Minapin.

Best location for the Rakaposhi hike. The staff are really helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and the food is excellent with fresh vegetables straight from their garden.

Perfect place to stay for the Rakaposhi hike. Very clean bathroom! The host was very nice. They also have a super fast laundry service! We gave them our laundry in the evening and it was already done in the early morning.
