Excellent and very accomodating staff! We were traveling with our bikes, and they helped us to safeley store them. And the room was excellent, very tidy and clean!

Staff are nice and the rooms are spacious and good. The environment is excellent.

The bed is comfortable, soft and big, good parking area, there’s microwaves can prepare meals bought from supermarket. But supermarket is 10 KM away

Very modern, clean and friendly hotel. Free drinks hot & cold in the foyer at reception. Great place to have breakfast next door. Easy and free car parking right outside the hotel.

The staff is super helpful and friendly and the rooms and lobby design are great. Matress was very comfy. Would recommend anytime when passing though by car or train. Tea area Wazuka, a very nice Onsen and Iga is very close-by.

Classy hotel for cheap money

The beds extremely comfortable. Great, clean rooms, 15 min. away from the city center, located next to a tea plantation and next to a "michinoeki" ! The reception staff was so nice !

The view is stunning, we can see the tea plantation from the bedroom in the morning. The room is neat, cozy and very clean. There is free parking.

Wow- the most amazing customer service …. The most comfortable bed- peace and tranquility. A hotel in the middle of know where- but still with a great transport link. We based ourselves here to visit Iga and Akame waterfalls.

Very relaxing atmosphere! We were there for one day but it was very nice. The bed was comfortable. I liked the design. There was a hot spring nearby as well. I def recommend this place.

The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Our check-in time was very late, but the staff were smiling and helpful. The location is very good as a base for visiting tourist attractions on the border of Kyoto and Mie prefectures. (However, this assumes you use the hotel by car). Breakfast is served at the adjacent service station (Michi no Eki) and is a very tasty breakfast using local tea.
