Featuring outdoor hot-spring baths with beautiful views of the Naruto Strait, traditional Japanese cuisine and massage services, Plaza Awajishima is 28 km from Naruto Train Station. All rooms have sea views. The air-conditioned rooms at Plaza Awajishima include a fridge, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. In addition to spacious Western rooms, the hotel also offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami (woven-straw) floors and futon bedding. Guests can play tennis, enjoy the games room or simply unwind with a sweat in the sauna. The hotel has its own karaoke room, and in mid-summer the outdoor pool is open. Loved the Sola suite room. Extremely huge room and dining area was comfortable. Good views of bridge and sunset.

The location was beautiful overlooking the ocean, which was especially lovely when using the outdoor onsen. We only had breakfast and it was delicious. The rooms were very comfortable.

Great and amazing resort. Quite pricey but it delivers The staff are so respectful and courteous. Really Japan is amazing in that sense, the staff treats everyone equally with respect. That’s very honorable.

“Dramatic setting with stunning views.”
Service by reception manager throughout the stay very prompt and friendly. Dinner kaiseki style exceptional as well as service. Family room perfectly suitable with great view over the Onaruto Bridge and the whirlpools below. Room furniture in perfect order if slightly dated. Pool fantastic when hot days.

“An overall fantastic experience”
Nice and clean onsen baths, with delicious tea to enjoy after a bath. Room was big, and had a nice view. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing, though the "western" options weren't the best, but we were there for the Japanese options!
