“Highly serene stay that I would suggest for anyone seeking a break from city life.”
Staff was amiable and very helpful. It was situated directly on the waterfront and there is a great waterfall just a short hike away.

“A great place to enjoy your time in Omi Maiko close to Biwako for snowboarding in the winter and summer you have a lake”
We loved how accomodating and nice the staff were they were always making sure the space/ our room was tidy and neat and provided us with fresh linen, towels and robes daily. They cooked us meals and treated us like family! The location is beautiful right on the lake with amazing sunrises and sunsets and just a short 10 minuet walk to the station or a 15 minuet walk to 711. We honestly can’t fault anything about this property and can’t wait to stay again!

“Relaxed”
Funky laid back feel. Superb peaceful location with excellent views. Easy walk from JR station. Good simple food available in the evening. Quiet now at this time of year.

“Best relaxed stay at Biwako with the nicest stuff I ve ever met!”
The house is beautiful and set close to Biwa Lake. I really enjoyed my night on traditional Tatami and Futon. The stuff is amazing! They are super friendly and we laughed a lot together as my new Nakama :) I definitely will come again!!!!!
