Boasting direct ski access to Minakami-Kogen Ski Resort, hot-spring baths and 2 restaurants year-round (with an additional 3 during the winter ski season), Hotel 200 offers free shuttles from the JR Minakami and JR Jomo-Kogen train stations. Rooms have free Wi-Fi and mountain views. Outdoor activities include tennis courts, a seasonal outdoor pool, a driving range and a “tree trekking” course. Indoors, guests can find a fitness room, billiards, and a spa with massages and treatments. Canoeing and other water activities are available nearby. Decorated in a pleasant modern style, rooms at Minakami Kogen Hotel 200 have a large picture window and come with a fridge, an LCD TV and an electric kettle with green tea. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub with a shower attachment, and includes slippers. An extensive Japanese/Western buffet is served for all meals at Shirakaba, and the top-floor Fujiwara offers Japanese cuisine utilizing local ingredients as well as Italian course dinners. Shops featuring curry and ramen noodles are available, or you can try the local western cuisine of local Minakami arranges as hotel style at 'Minakami Shokudo'. The free pick-up shuttles must be booked at least 1 day in advance. Additional free shuttles go to Hatomachi-toge Pass, offering nature hikes amidst beautiful scenery, and Takaragawa Onsen Hot Spring. The hotel is a 30-minute drive from Minakami Interchange (IC) and offers free parking.

“Enjoyable ski and onsen for the family”
Clean. Ski rental and snow activities on site. Long beginner ski trail. English speaking ski instructor. Free ski lockers. Large window in room with view of ski slope. Lots of power points in room. Free wifi was good. Tea and kettle in room. Excellent heating in hotel and room. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Outdoor onsen. Spacious lounge on top floor with excellent views. Luggage storage. Staff friendly and accommodating to language difficulty

The hotel is huge, compared to the typical hotels in Japan. The facility is great for either family activities or teenager activities. The food is neutral.

“Lovely ski resort for families”
Clean, renovated rooms (resort twin room), friendly staff, ski in ski out access, comfortable beds and beddings, great mountain views, indoor and outdoor onsen so relaxing! Half board (breakfast and dinner) recommended. The buffets are adequate with variety! In the room they give spring water

Facilities, great breakfast and dinner facilities. Good food- great choice of options, freshly cooked. Public bath facilities with good quality products leaving guests with spa like feeling.
