“A wonderful Japanese stay”
A classic Japanese hotel. We loved the location in the wilderness area, Onsen was brilliant, though stay awake for the men’s and women’s flags changing position. Staff didn’t speak English but were welcoming, friendly, courteous and gave us the time to communicate.. The Tatami rooms are excellent, a lot of space with seperate lounge. Big picture windows. We will be back

“A lovely hotel for our stay in Yubioso”
The location was perfect for us for our stay. The room was much larger than we expected and extremely comfortable. The onsen was clean and so peaceful. A beautiful quiet location. We will be back!

“Perfection”
Beautiful location. This was my first time staying in a traditional Japanese Ryokan and it was amazing. The dinner and breakfast buffet was wonderful, the onsen was lovely, and my room was so peaceful. I miss it already! Great place to stay to ski Tenjindaira- convienent bus across the street.
