“A total failure”

Their service was really bad !! Pathetic , we booked the room on the previous day since it was showing in the website, the location was in Milton and we drove there all the way from Kingston and then they send a message saying there’s no vacancy. They said there is a room in Brampton if we would like to say there was no option to take that since we already payed for the room and it’s a new place for us so we drove back around 30 to 40 km. When we reached that place they didn’t pick the call had to wait outside the house for a while, a lady came out and was like who are you , no service not even a smile and not welcoming. Then when we see the room another disaster a small room with no AC no fan the bed, pillow quilt is like in already used condition not being washed , the washroom was not clean enough., already being used by somebody else , the whole space smells weed ! We girls didn’t feel safe to stay at that property for a night !! Too horrible and a bad experience ever happened in my life . Will not suggests this place to anyone.

Nothing,initially they rejected check in request for no reason,not answering calls and messages.Talked once they just gave an appointment to talk.. We stayed in holiday inn and wasted money and got nothing..this is the first and last time ,booking with your company...thanks
