“A little bit of Luxury”
This is a beautiful quiet romantic little hideaway right on the slopes of Mount Etna. The room was of high quality and very well appointed with some nice little additional touches to make the place and the guests feel special. The staff were excellent and the service throughout first rate. This is the place to go if you want to do something special and restful for two or three nights. Try the tasting menu it is so worth it. You will probably need a car to get there and to venture out to Etna and the surrounding villages but to come back to a secluded pool with stunning views for an afternoon relax is time well spent.

We had a truly magical stay at Barone di Villagrande. The property is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views from both the room and the pool area. Everything was spotless, as both the room and common areas were kept very clean and serviced daily. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about wine, which made our experience even more special. Breakfast and meals were of excellent quality, and of course, the wines were outstanding. We also enjoyed a guided winery tour, which was a highlight. We visited with our two kids and the stay was ideal and very comfortable. An exceptional place we’ll always remember – highly recommended!

The peaceful atmosphere, the stunning setting, and the fabulous views. An ideal location to access Mount Etna and unwind afterwards. The hosts' kindness was truly special. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was delicious, and the white wine was outstanding. The ground floor room is simply perfect, with an excellent bed and a personal sound system — such a great idea!

Pretty outside area with lovely views. Infinity swimming pool. Guest lounge with tea and coffee and sweet snacks. The accomodation was comfortable.

“Beautiful views, lovely staff”
Our waitress in the first night was EXCELLENT. She was fun and bubbly and knowledgeable and really made us feel welcome. The room was pretty and comfortable. We were sorry it was too cold to swim as the pool was absolutely gorgeous.

“A stylish estate”
The property, swimming pool and surrounding views were beautiful. Good quality coffee, tea and delicious biscuits were available all day long and free of charge. The dinners were delicious (though the portions were very small). The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
