Sebastiano has been an outstanding host. He took very good care of our group and give us good advice on what to do in the region. The house itself is very nice.

“From Etna to infinity”

This place is simply fantastic! Located on the slopes of Mount Etna, it's perfect if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Catania or Taormina and enjoy some peace and quiet. To explore the north and south sides of Etna it's conveniently situated just half an hour from Piano Provenzana and Rifugio Sapienza. Also Milo is a charming town with a lot of character, citta della musica, notable for being the home of Franco Battiato. We stayed at marvelous Casa Rosa: on the ground floor a spacious living room with a fireplace and a large kitchen with a huge dining table, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an upper loft with a lounge area, games and relaxation space. All surrounding by an inmense garden with sea views. Sebastiano showed us the other house, wich is very different, even more incredible. We're looking forward to coming back and staying in The Palmento! The whole place is full of surprises and experiences that I won't reveal here and all that will make your stay unforgettable in every way. Finally, what can I say about Sebastiano... he's a very special and incredible person who we'll never forget. Grande Sebastiano, grazie mille!

The house, the location, the host - everything was just exceptional. The villa is very comfortable with all the needed amenities for a short or longer stay. It was such a fun for the kids.

“Amazing stay in relaxed atmosphere”

The atmosphere in the hill is amazing and the house is full of surprises and mysteries. The host is most friendly!

One of the best places we stayed in Italy. The host was so kind and had someone bring us fresh eggs and ricotta cheese in the morning.

The accommodation was very nice, very much missed the mosquito nets in the bedrooms.

You open the door of the house and feel instantly relaxed and cosy. The interior is extraordinary, stunning and of high quality materials. The mattress is really good, you get a fully stacked kitchen, a wonderful bathtub with provided bathbombs. The Host Sebastiano and his family are super friendly, considerate and caring and provide you with many recommendations for trips and restaurants around the area. We had lots of rain, but exploring the house and its books and music, the adjacent building with all the instruments and all the other things to get creative with, it didn‘t get boring. Definitely wasn‘t our last time here. Thank you very much Sebastiano and family for creating such a beautiful place.

One of the most special places I’ve ever visited. Both appartments are decorated and furbished with style and fun. Kitchen was complete (including dishwasser, which was very uncommon on Sicily) and very nice. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

“Unique house in a quiet area overlooking Etna and the sea”

Unique house with a curated aesthetic. The old “palmento” was beautifully renovated with a lot of attention to detail. The kitchen is fully functional and the house has everything one needs to feel at home. Sebastiano made us feel very welcome and shared a lot of information about the area and things to do.

Hidden gem near Etna. The host Sebastiano is one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had. His farm is modern, comfortable, family friendly, and has a creative flair that will resonate strongly with your artistic side. A great option for families with young kids as well. There's an organic garden and the groundskeeper brought fresh bread and eggs from the farm for us daily. We really hope to come again.
