Sea Front absolutly was the best experience we had in this visit to Greece. It looked like a nice place on Booking when we were looking for our next stop in our journey, so we booked it, didn't know what we'll found on arrival. We had such a nice surprise when we arrived, the house, the place is absolutly magic. Lia the owner is such a lovely woman, she is like a little fairy, just want to help and want you to be happy and comfortable. The house sits very close to the sea, a little walk in the nice garden brings you to an own private rocky beach, just magical with clear beautiful water. The room had a little livingroom, kitchen with oven, fridge, everything you need for cooking. A little shower and the best ever balkony with stunning view. There are also nice, happy, fat and lovely cats in the garden. The house is exactly 2 minutes drive from Milina, a nice cosy little vilage.

“Absolute dream on the slopes of Pelion”

This is the most gorgeous place. Absolutely stunning, beautiful gardens and land and looking directly at the sunset. The studio apartment is very comfortable and has everything I need. The owner Lia is exceptionally kind and made me feel so welcome. Milina, the little town down the road has a delicious seafront restaurant and lots of lovely walks nearby

Our host was charming and helpful. She gifted us vegetables from her garden and encouraged us to pick the beans. The location idyllic, overlooking a private rocky cove to swim from. A perfect spot to relax and chill.

Everything, could have stayed here for months

Everything was just great . Very kind and helpful owner Lia , beautiful apartment , garden , sea. We were extremely satisfied and enjoyed our stay 100%.

Lia is exceptionally generous. She allowed us to check in early and also to leave late. She checked the bus arrival times to Ag. Kiriaki for us, offered us eggplants from her garden (which were incredibly delicious), and spoiled us with bottles of water and other treats. Beyond that, the place is wonderful – located on a cliff descending to the sea with easy access to the water. The view is stunning, overlooking an open bay. There are pleasant terraces with sunbeds. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen fully equipped with everything needed.

“A beautiful place and the kindest host”

This must be the most peaceful and beautiful spot on the Pelion peninsula. The view from the rooms, the ease of entry to the sea just below us, the comfy beds, the kalderiml walk to Lafkos, and most of all our host, Efthania, made it a wonderful four days. Efthania was so thoughtful and kind. I want to come again already. I am already missing my two favourite cats, Milina and Peris. I liked the other guests also.

Easy access to the sea for swimming. Amazing sunsets! Only 5 minutes walk to the village where you can find shops and restaurants. Clean rooms with mosquito nets and good air-conditioning. Great hospitality!

Wonderful location right by the sea, just far enough from Milena , easily in walking distance for most people . The best thing though are the friendly staff.

“Paradise in Pelion”

Everything. Lia is a wonderful host and this is our favorite place in Pelion. Highly recommended!

Lia was so amazing and she welcomed us with a big smile, and helped us with everything. The view from the room was fantastic. There is a big garden outside with trees and flowers and a small way down to the water.

Gorgeous location, stunning view and very welcoming by our host. Lovely private terrace with sea views and garden furniture. Swimming opportunities directly from the property, although a little agility is required to enter and exit water. Well equipped kitchen for self catering. Nearby Milina has a number of restaurants and cafès. Car useful. Highly recommended.

Very nice accomodation, with a splendid view of the sea and wonderful sunset Everything was comfy, cozy, decoreted with good taste. Nice individual terrace for every studio. There is also direct access to the sea (rocks) Rooms fully equiped Nice beach and Milina town at walking distance. The host, Ilia, is a wonderful and kind person, greetings also to the very nice cleaning lady (Vera)

“Well cared for holiday studio with great views”

Our studio was spacious, clean and super well equipped, especially the kitchen with nice big coffee mugs and all the essentials. Our delightful host had left some breakfast items for us and provided drinking water and local information. We found the studio suitable to work from, using the table and wifi. The studio is definitely nicer than the photos portray and the property has beautiful gardens and a path leading to a private beach (and sun loungers) which we really enjoyed. The patio is well furnished and the views are awesome. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Beautiful gardens and surroundings, stunning views. Swimming in clear and calm sea off the rocks below the property. Everything amazingly clean.
