Great staff, delicious and rich breakfast, beautiful sea view

-Perfect place to stay in order to discover the whole Pelion mountain, from the north to the south -Parking right next to the room, very important regarding the difficult and not eligible for cars narrow streets of the picturesque villages -Very delicious and handmade breakfast, great opportunity to try traditional tastes -Very polite staff, a lot helpful with our litten baby, regarding the equipment -Wonderdul view of Pagasitikos bay -you feel like you live in the past with all the glory of an other era, unique experience

“Charming House with Great View”

The building is beautiful, with unique antique furniture that gives it a special charm. Our room was spacious and pleasant, with a comfortable bed. There was a nice sitting area inside with a great view. Everything was clean and well maintained. The garden with the grapevine pergola was lovely, and the view from there was a real treat. We really enjoyed sitting there from the afternoon until late at night. The village center is just a short walk away, and the location is convenient for exploring both the east and west sides of Pelion. A few things could be improved: the showers are very small. The placement of the power outlets was also a bit inconvenient. Breakfast is quite basic. There were no cheeses or cold meats, only hard-boiled eggs. But the breakfast was served with care, and we enjoyed the fresh orange juice and tasty homemade jams. The access path was confusing at first. Narrow, steep, and hard to notice. We passed it twice before realizing where it was. A sign near the parking area would really help. After the first time, though, it was easy. Overall, a lovely place to stay, peaceful, well kept, and full of character.

We had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and charming, and the building is picturesque which makes your stay an authentic greek experience. The breakfast has a good variety, with local, fresh and home made products (delicious!), which is taken outside in the garden with an amazing view of the mountains and the sea. The owners were very kind, always ready to help, and very attentive if you have an additional request (thanks a lot for the special breakfast!)

The house is a traditional historic house with a lot of character. The rooms are very big and very well decorated. Ioanna and Maria are lovely and welcoming. The views are amazing, the breakfast really good. I can't fault this accomodation, we loved it :)

Comfortable second floor room in a historic mansion in Milies. It is less than 5 minutes' walk (uphill) to the main square, which is where a lot of the restaurants, shops and the bus stop to Volos is located. It is also about 15 minutes' walk (downhill) to the train station, where you can take the historic train to Ano Lechonia. The hotel has a lovely common area on the second floor where you can sit and enjoy great views of the Pagasetic Gulf. Ioanna was welcoming and helpful, and also served up an excellent breakfast.

Beautiful historic traditional mansion with lovely setting and a great view. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Good car access and parking. Very characterful and comfortable rooms.

Very friendly, helpful hostess. Very stylishly renovated, beautiful, historic country house with stunning views of the Gulf of Volos. Cozy rooms. Very quiet location. Everything very clean and well-kept. Excellent breakfast on the terrace with regional, homemade products included in the room rate. Inviting lounge in oriental style. Just a few minutes walk to the village square with taverns, bars and historic church.

“fantastic and the most perfect hosts one can ever dream”

The hotel is located in a perfect place, with a fantastic view on the sea. It is an old and very charming house in stones, with all comfort and a superb Ottoman Style lounge where you can sit on cushions and enjoy the view. But the most important point is how the owners Kostas and his wife, as well as Maria, who prepares the breakfast and run the hotel take care of you. We've been there in an awfulf moment, during the terrible flood that touched the Pelion. And they helped us with everything, Maria never let us down and would leave her home, which was partially flooded, to prepare each day a breakfast to us and the other couple which was staying there, even when we were short of water and food in the village. Kostas risked his own life to help us and took us in his car to bring us back to Volos, and he even organized for us a free stay in an hotel in Kala Nera because it took more time to get back to Volos than expected. We had never seen such fantastic hosts, never letting you down even when they were themselves sadly touched by the tragedy. To put it in a nutshell, they were just perfect people and we're eternally grateful to them.

Very atmospheric old house, not over-restored but still with good bathrooms. Great breakfast and view from the terrace outside. Would stay here again.
