We stayed for 2 nights in the apartment, which was comfortable and easily big enough for the 2 of us. the location was perfect, a 5-10 min walk from St. Mark's Basilica with plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. the bathroom was small but clean and in good condition, with a really nice shower. didn't use the kitchen but was clean and looked more than adequate. We would stay again.

Very disappointing experience. I requested a steamer by phone and it was delivered to my room without any paperwork to sign and without any explanation of usage conditions or collection policies. When I returned to my room later that evening, the steamer had been removed. Reception informed me that staff had entered my room and taken it back. No one had informed me that it would be collected after 30 minutes, and no attempt was made to contact me beforehand, despite the hotel having my phone number and email. My “Do Not Disturb” sign was also displayed on the door. What concerned me most was being told that I had signed a document acknowledging this policy. I never signed any document, and the signature shown to me was not mine. Entering a guest’s room without notice for a non-emergency matter and then claiming a guest signed a document they never signed is completely unacceptable. This experience left me questioning both the hotel's respect for guest privacy and its professionalis

Great location for travel and close enough to walk or get the train to various places. The amenities were great, beds comfortable and the staff were brilliant! After flying from Australia they allowed us to check in early at around 10am which was very much appreciated! Grazie Mille!

“Excellent staff and great location”

A perfect position very close to the train station (but in a quiet street) and the staff could not have been more helpful, especially when we needed to stay an extra few hours due to illness. An easy flat walk to the Duomo and central Milan. A great option after a long flight and short stop over in Milan.
