The rooms at Sheraton Milan are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. Some areas could use a refresh and more thorough cleaning, but this did not affect our stay too much.

The hotel was modern and comfortable. Restaurant and bar were excellent and the staff were polite and very helpful.

Hotel is perfect for business trip and meetings around. It is very close to the highway and 30 minutes away from Malpensa airport which is usefull. Breakfast is great as well the staff

“The spa was unavailable during our stay despite being advertised, and the reception staff were neither friendly nor help”

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We chose this hotel mainly because it was advertised as having a spa. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the spa was closed during our stay. This was not clearly explained at the time of booking, nor was it properly explained to us at the reception. In addition, the reception staff were not very friendly or empathetic. Communication was poor, and we did not feel that they tried to understand our disappointment or provide a clear explanation or solution regarding the spa situation. Overall, the lack of transparency about the spa availability and the unhelpful attitude at the front desk negatively affected our stay.

I am absolutely delighted with everything this hotel has to offer – from the beautiful ambiance and spotless cleanliness to the extremely kind and helpful staff. The location is perfect: everything is within easy reach, yet the hotel still feels peacefully tucked away from the city’s crowds and chaos. A truly wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone!

“A must for a single parent going to San siro stadium.”

First impression was the beautiful smell in the reception, reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, bed was a little hard for my liking but i still got a good nights sleep. Restaurant and bar staff were so lovely. Walking distance to San siro stadium was so much quicker than getting public transport, into city. Shuttle service into centre of city was a bonus. It cost 25€ (including tip) for taxi back to hotel. I felt safe and content in hotel, being a single parent going to San Siro stadium for a game, it put my mind at easy when I arrived.
