“Very old hotel that tricks you to book it because it’s a Sheraton”
Very old rooms with old furniture and cracked walls , it was very hot in the rooms and the temperature couldn’t be controlled due to a central and old system.

I don’t like that they reserved an amount from my credit card on top of their full payment and after checking out they said 10 days to return back the amount!

The location is really convenient to explore the city, extremely well connected. The personnel is amazing and friendly. The inner yard a hidden jewel. Bed was big and comfy.

this morning at breakfast at the property, I learned directly from the staff, after asking for scrambled eggs, which were not included in the breakfast called Western and which I did not have the opportunity to select in the aforementioned on booking .. I was very disappointed
