“Residenze Niguarda felt less like a stay and more like being welcomed by family”

We had a wonderful stay at Residenze Niguarda and would definitely return! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The two brothers, Domenico and Fabio, met us at the entrance, showed us where to park, helped us with our luggage, and explained everything clearly. They made us feel welcome immediately. The apartment was sparkling clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located close to the tram, which made getting into Milan easy and stress-free. Their restaurant recommendations were outstanding, and we especially loved Café Code Nostre around the corner — a true Sicilian breakfast experience with absolutely delicious food that should not be missed. Overall, an excellent stay with warm hosts, a perfect location, and fantastic local recommendations. Highly recommended!

The apartment has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, allowing you to forget about everyday issues. It's spotlessly clean and everything works! We had an excellent stay in a spotless, newly renovated apartment. Domenico and Fabio were wonderful hosts, always ready with helpful tips for getting around Milan. The location is convenient, with bus stops, a café, and a supermarket all close by.

Domenico was exceptionally friendly and helpful. This stay was no different from being in a nice 4 star hotel. My family enjoyed the place.

The furniture and equipment was new, calm location, grocery shop near. Due to road renowation s the public transport was not do near as described. The host was very friendly and gave us good advices.

Nice place, good location, connection to the centre. Very organized and tiddy apartment. Friendly staff. For some reason high taxes, 2 days 40 EUR, and paid parking 15 eur per day ... So consider that one also once you book apartment.

Landlords were incredible helpful and friendly, we had a wonderful few nights combining a business meeting with some family time. The location was a 3 minute walk from the mainline tram that runs down into the city centre so getting around was easy. And just outside the town enough to not be crazy busy when it's time to unwind. Not to mention an exceptional patisserie 100m up the road for the morning coffee and cake fix;) Thank you again

Dominico provided a warm welcome to our apartment, which was very good and very well appointed, comfortable and moderately sized. Take care because the photos they use to advertise the apartment may not be of your room. We booked based on the photos and our room turned out to be of a similar style, but not what we expected. We were told that they in fact had seven apartments and the one with the wooden panelled high ceiling that we saw was used to as a general image. We were disappointed even though the room was very good. Please also note that the free parking is also misleading. You can indeed park on the street but the owner told me that if the police walk the street, which was likely, we would get a ticket. We chose to park in their dedicated space which cost 15 Euro per night.
