“Clean apartment with helpful staff, but very impractical parking”

The apartment was clean and smelled nice (perhaps even too strongly). The staff were helpful and friendly. A big advantage is the tram stop located right next to the building.

Love this place!!! Perfect, clean, comfortable, big, bright and newest apartment for big family or group of friends. You will find everything you need in apartment. Host is very helpful, who will greet you and provide you information about everything! Location is great as well, safe district and close to the transports you need 5minutes by tram or 10minutes by bus and you are in front of beautiful Duomo di Milano! Thank you for everything❤️

We were meet at the apartment by Domenic who was amazing. he even took our suitcases upstairs for us. He showed us around the apartment and how thinks worked. The apartment was very clean and made the stay comfortable He was an absolute pleasure to have dealt with.

“The place was incredibly clean — it felt just like a brand-new home, and it truly made me feel at home. The location is also very convenient, not far from the center of Milan. Tram No. 4 stops nearby and arrives every few minutes, taking you directly to the city center. Most importantly, the area is very safe. No one can enter the main gate without a key, which made me feel secure. For parking, you need to go to the other side, about 700 meters to 1 km away, but it’s also in a safe area. The host was incredibly kind, honest, and helpful. He made sure I had all the information I needed and guided me through everything with care and clarity.”

Was a perfect place to stay as our base location with a group of 4 adults and two kids. The host accommodated a check in beyond midnight and is constantly available on phone for any questions. Inside the apartment is very well furnished and is quite comfortable.

Perfect for a family with children. Air con, coffee, clean, and close to tram link to Milano centre. The hosts were exceptional and met us at the property, helped with the parking and even drove us to drop our bags off the next morning. Would highly recommend for a good value city stay in Milan.

Lovely apartment in a residential district, free parking . Well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, and plenty of tea, coffee, sugar etc for our use. Beautiful modern bathroom with bidet and powerful shower, plenty of soap, shampoo, shower gel etc., and thick fluffy towels. The double bed was big & comfortable, with good quality sheets. All the linens smelled lovely! The WiFi was good too. Of all the apartments and hotel rooms we've stayed in over the last few years, this one is top of the list. Thanks to Mr. Fabio Gallo for the great care he takes to make this a superb and welcoming place. Thanks to him too for the check-in & check-out. We spent only four days here but it would be suitable for a much longer stay. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Milan. Highly recommended

“Beautiful, comfortable and value for money apartment.”

Domenico & Fabio were excellent hosts and met us on arrival to facilitate our check in. Apartment was immaculate and extremely clean with very new furnishings with a white theme. An amenity kit consisting of bath towel, hand towel, house slippers, body soap and shampoo and toothbrush was provided for each occupant. Secured carpark was at the nearby hospital with both underground and open parking available. Approximately 10mins slow walk from the apartment. 2 metro stations within 15mins walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, has everything you need. Good location. The owner is very kind and hospitable. Parking is a little bit far from apartment.

Very good location, close to tram number 4 which is going direct to city center . Clean, modern and specious flat. The host Domenico explained everything and help with tourists attraction at check in. Very good stay
