Location is near tram station (from the apartman 1 minute on the right) direct to the Duomo and the city centar where are Sforza castle, Brera, Ambrosiana, Skala, Vittorio Emanuelle... Street is quiet and we had free parking in front. Owner is a very nice man.

Loved the accessible location with the metro station and Lidl walking distance away. The features of the room were enjoyable, including a comfy bed, and the host was so helpful and incredible towards me, very gracious, so warm, kind, with lovely hospitality. He was always a message away if needed. A perfect choice for my trip purposes. Thankful for the wonderful stay and experience! ☺️🙏🏻

“Comfortable, clean, enjoyable stay! Great host!”

Very responsive host! I had actually left my mobile phone in the apartment and when I realised, I contacted the host and he replied even though it was at night. When I arranged for a time to pick it up, he was very accommodating and ensured I got my phone back safely :) In regards to the apartment, there are two flights of stairs up but this was already mentioned. The apartment and toilet was big, clean, and it has a kitchen area as well. Alot of small gestures from the host made this place feel more home-ly, such as the snacks/drinks and chocolates (chocolates were so good!). We enjoyed our stay here!

Location is quiet and safe, bit far from center but tram stop is very close. Room was clean and as in pictures. Host was very friendly and helpful.

“Lovely, quirky apartment”

We initially thought the location was too distant from the city centre, however, the tram was efficient, cheap and a two minute walk away. The host was lovely and very helpful. The room was well equipped and comfortable with a large, comfortable bed. There was plenty of hot water and a very useful washing machine. The host had left us a breakfast package with cake, juice and snacks - this was really appreciated. There were lovely restaurants within easy walking distance and the canal district (lots of bars/ restaurants was a couple of tram stops away. I would recommend downloading the ATM travel app for metro/ tram tickets as the public transport is really good and reasonably priced.

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing weekend at Alessandro's apartment. He's an extremely welcoming host, putting a lot of effort into making your stay as seamless as possible. The rooms are well cleaned, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need.

Literally everything! This place has everything you need and even more. It’s very well laid out and extremely comfortable. I worked remotely during my stay, and the place was so quiet that I could focus without any distractions. The public transport nearby is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. The communication with the owner was excellent, with quick and helpful responses.

“What made Milan marvellous”

Alessandro is a superb host, considerate and attentive. The apartment is cleverly designed, well kitted out, with some useful extras. It made the stay a delight. Great market on Saturday at Navigli Grande. Lidl is near apartment. Tram 2 got us into Duomo in 30mins.

Well decorated studio. Has basically all you need. Very clean. Gives a good Italian vibe. Ale was very friendly.

It was so nice and clean, anything that you need? You can find it inside of the apartments.The host is an amazing person that let us stay the whole day without check out cause our flight was at night time.I would recommend it 100% to everyone!!!

The apartment was perfect! We had everything we needed. Alessandro, our host is the best! Tram 2 is few minutes away from the apartment, the bed was very comfy, the air conditioning worked well! We had the best food in the restorant in the neighborhood! If we ever come back, we will stay here again. Thanks for everything!

“Perfect stay in Milan”

The owner is extremely friendly and nice! Great person that was super welcoming. Also the location was great, there was always parking space at the door and it was super close to the tram station. In 20 minutes you’re in the city center.

The apartment was really cosy, clean, and modern. The shower worked excellent, and the beds were comfortable. The location was good if you wanted to go canals like us.
