Convenient place near to Milan centrale. Super Friendly staff, all sorts of drinks at the bar. Had a minor issue with the cabin room. But they sorted it out pretty quickly.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The amenities were clean and modern. Each 'pod' had it's own locker which is a nice change from other hostels that make you pay for that service. Breakfast was perfectly adequate (and included in the price of the bed which is a plus)

“Lacking basic things”
The female receptionist with blonde hair and glasses was miserable and bad energy. The 1 shower shared with about 4 dorms didn't have soap or shower gel

“Great location, nice staff, clean”
I came for The Piano City Festival Milano, the location of the hostel was great to go on foot to the main stage and really near the metro to go to the others places where there were concerts. It was my first time in a hostel where the beds are in small cabins and I liked it as it makes that everyone has her little space. The cabins were good with space for our bag, light and electricity for smartphone and other devices. Staff was nice and hostel clean.
