Beautiful hotel, very stylish interior & very friendly, helpful staff. They made my daughter’s 21st birthday extra special and our room was fabulous. Location was great, 20 min walk to Brera main district with stunning views, beautiful park, lovely restaurants & bars.

Super close to everything you need. Walking distance to the main duomo area and nice restaurants.

Room for two people very small. It is not value for this money.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the expectations we had for a hotel of this category. We stayed from July 29 to July 31. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was that the room description indicated the possibility of having either one large bed or two separate beds. As we were two friends traveling together, we specifically needed two separate beds. However, only after the reservation had already been completed did we receive a message from the hotel stating that this arrangement could not be guaranteed and was subject to availability. In the end, we were given a room with only one bed, which was disappointing. We also noticed that the room appeared to be prepared for only one guest. There was only one bathrobe and one pair of slippers available, despite the reservation being for two people. The most frustrating issue occurred on the day of departure. Check-out was supposed to be until 12:00 noon. However, when we returned to our room at approximately 11:30, our key cards had already been deactivated, even though the check-out time had not yet passed. Our personal belongings and documents were still inside the room. We had to go to the reception desk, complete the check-out process, and ask for the cards to be reactivated in order to retrieve our belongings. While the staff was polite, these issues significantly affected our overall experience. We expected better attention to guest requests and a more professional check-out process. Unfortunately, the stay did not provide the level of service we expected.

Close to the airport, room was absolutely stunning. We were upgraded to the VIP floor which was a lovely surprise, for our first family holiday (8 week old baby) my 30th birthday and our honeymoon trip! Beautifully decorated and felt really well looked after. Less so in the bathroom but I will get to that. The items given for our boy was so cute! He had his own towels. Slippers and robe. Granted too big but it was a lovely touch. The teddy was such a sweet gesture. As well as his own toiletries. Really sweet touch and something I will take back (as a hotelier myself) to help with families staying at our hotel. Gorgeous celebration plate in the room as well as a mini afternoon tea set up for breakfast. Made us feel really special. Breakfast was the best I have had at an Italian hotel. Really well stocked and presented. Hats off to you!

The gentalman that check me was very polite and super kind. He even upgraded me. So from the start, my stay was fantastic. The restaurant staff were very attentive, and the female room service attendant was incredibly lovely.
