Booked a super short notice because of train strikes. Helpful notices warning of the disruption vs our previous hotel who told us nothing. Big plus for Montenapoleone! Bright room with lots of natural light, shutters to air the room and super clean. Great location as well.

Very convenient location. 10 mins walk to Duomo. Luxury brands nearby. Everything was of good quality, even the shampoo and shower gel. They considered many details in the room for our comfort. There was even a hair straightener in the bathroom. Room was clean and they cleaned the room every day. Nice staff. I’d give more than 10, if i could.

The room we had and location of the hotel is great! Near to the cathedral and shops. There is a very good hairdryer and straightener in the room.

Large spacious room that was exceptionally clean. Shower was great, bed and pillows were comfortable. Even the complimentary mini bar (except alcohol) was a nice touch Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was superb, down a small quiet lane but within 5 minutes walk of the Duomo and restaurants. The room was lovely, comfortable and well laid out. Staff were lovely.

I liked absolutely everything

Bed was huge and comfortable. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to the main shopping area of Milan and the Duomo.

Great location. Easy walk to main sights and short walk to nearest Metro station. Staff helpful and kind. Room large and well appointed. Massive bed, comfortable pillows. Nice touches like Molton & Brown toiletries and hairdryer and straighteners. Lovely suprise that snacks, and soft drinks in mini bar included. Would stay here again and would be happy to recommend.
