“A good place to stay when in Milan.”

Great location, on a direct metro line from Milano Centrale train station Otherwise easy walking distance to most attractions. The apartment was spacious and clean, hot shower, comfy bed and supermarket across the street. Communication was easy and prompt replies really helped upon arrival. I’m happy;to recommend the apartment to other travellers

The staff were brilliant throughout, very clear in their instructions, and always happy to answer any questions we had. The location was great, very close to Crocetta metro station but far enough away from the busy centre to still be peaceful. The apartment was clean and tidy when we got there and the facilities were good and just what we needed for the 3 nights we stayed

It was great value for money, really near the Duomo, only 2 stations by metro, the tram just outside the house and the metro station a 4-5 min walk. It was clean and superb

It was around less then 20 minutes walking to the Duomo, it was safe, it had around 4 layers of security to the apartment and has a nice a view. It was great for 3 people, didnt feel crowded at all.

PROs - Perfect location for our needs, with a supermarket, plenty of cafes and nice restaurants nearby. Convenient public transportation, just two metro stations away from Duomo. - The flat is quiet and feels safe. - The host was flexible and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage for two extra hours and showing interest in finding a solution that worked for both parties. CONs - Cleanliness (!) needs improvement—while not outright dirty, several aspects need deeper cleaning or fixing. (e.g. the dishwashing sponge was old and unusable, the shower gel dispenser was awfully yellowed and stained, mold spots were visible under the shower which was quite unpleasant, the floor overall wasn’t clean, some shelves seemed sticky) - Dated equipment—including bedsheets and other furnishings. - The apartment does not look as good as in the pictures. The photos create a better impression than reality. - Check-in process could be smoother: We only received the code for the key box after waiting in front of the door for a couple of minutes. The instructional video, while well-intended, was not particularly helpful. An additional call during check-in felt unnecessary, as it only repeated details that could have been written down. In my opinion, a clear PDF guide with pictures of the entrance, path, and keys would be a more efficient solution (especially for foreign travelers with limited mobile data). The lady who, as I understand, is not the host but manages the bookings and check-in process, was at times somewhat difficult to communicate with and lacked a customer-oriented approach in both language and demeanor. The flat reflects its lower rental price, but better maintenance would still be expected. Overall, the apartment served its purpose, but improvements in cleanliness, check-in efficiency, and upkeep would make it a much better experience.

Great security at the property, which as a single female traveller was much appreciated. Close to Metro for going to other parts of the city. Near by coffee shops and a supermarket across from the property.
