Bed was comfortable, room was a good size and facilities provided in bedroom and bathroom were good. The receptionist who was there in the morning was friendly and helpful.

The apartament is very close to the train station, there are several restaurants around, you can walk by. There is some noise in the night, but we are talking about a large city, it will be wierd if there weren't. Shower was very good and the bed is really comfortable.

Inflexibility of the manager and location. The noise from the bar across the street is a problem. The manager didn’t care about our needs and preference. Breakfast was also very poor.

The room was clean, neat and cozy. The breakfast was enough to start the day. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. Everything what we needed, she helped us very quickly. The access to the building/room is very easy. I highly recommend this stay. The location was very close to many restaurants/pizzas and also a Michelin star restaurant. Also it was 6 minutes away from the central station of Milano.

The room was a great size with a great full length window which really opened up the room.

“Lovely surprise”

Room was large enough for me, it is only a 5 min walk from the station. Although there was these two homeless guys that seems to be a permanent fixture on the side st. It is still safe. High foot traffic area, with plenty of good restaurants and bars. I appreciated their free bottles of water. Breakfast yes it’s small but for me was great.

It is located near the train station and Reppublica metro station. The room was clean and Flavia was really lovely. I like that she accommodated my breakfast needs :)

“Convienet and compact stay in Milan”

A great location , close to train station and good restaurants. Very compact room and bathroom, facilities were very clean.Staff were helpful and it was great to get breakfast delivered to your room at a time chosen by us.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to transport and main attractions in Milan. The receptionist was especially kind and helpful, taking the time to answer all our questions about getting around Milan and Italy. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Very easy to check-in. The staff were very warm and helpful. The location was perfect, very close to train station, lots of restaurants and bars. The rooms and hotel was very clean, smelled amazing, bed was comfortable. Loved the breakfast and fresh orange juice, although a fruit other than apple once in while would’ve been nicer and loved that 2 bottles of water and espresso was provided every day. Totally worth the price, would come again!
