“Stay in Milan”

Great location and well equiped clean rooms. Christina at the front desk in particular went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. Would definitely stay again.

Easy check-in and good communication from host. Very comfortable room with all facilities and a shared kitchen area, which looked very helpful. Good base to explore Milan, I walked into the central piazza easily.

Excellent location, within walking distance of Milano Centrale and many of Milan’s main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and communication with the staff was always quick and helpful.

The room is clean and well-equipped with toiletries. Slippers are provided, and there's a designated area for cooking. A lift is available for convenience, and the staff is helpful in arranging taxi services. And the host is good.

I liked the location, mattress and pillows, the little balcony, that it offered slippers, that it had a safe, the neighborhood, and the proximity near the porta Venezia Park. A safe was available for valuables. I liked that the room was tided up ever day and with new towels (unexpected for a two nights stay). Also that it was very close to public transportation

Everything was clean and ready to use! Not many people around, which is a plus. Our windows were looking into inner courtyard, and it was quiet in the night. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Great location and Cristina was really helpful. Room had everything we needed. Smart tv, good shower, toiletries and towels etc.

Location was good, room was clean. Bed was slightly uncomfy and there was no curtain to block the light in the morning. There was loud noise (I think from the park nearby which woke me up during all hours of the night). Good value for money but not great. Would give 3/5

The service was lovely and welcoming; even before my arrival, I felt I had everything I needed. I received a warm, hearty welcome from Paola, an incredible and enthusiastic woman who made me feel so comfortable and ensured I had the best experience in the city. She and her husband looked after us so well and were always helpful; they truly went above and beyond all expectations. The room was perfect a lovely size, extremely clean, and very comfortable. It smelled amazing and fresh, which made everything feel brand new. There is a great bar with lovely drinks and snacks available. As a Brazilian, I can say the caipirinha was amazing! The bar staff were very attentive and friendly. Also, thank you to the team for helping me with my request to have a rose in the room as a surprise!

Cristina was incredibly helpful and gave recommendations of places to eat and visit during my trip. Also explained the facilities and was accommodating.

Location, cleanliness

The location is good. Very comfortable bed and clean room. We could leave our luggage early, got our keys, and went ahead exploring Milan. Came back with our luggage already in the room. Much appreciated!
