The staff. There was a young man last weekend in the breakfast time who made sure that all the guests were happy. It was very nice to see. He made sure I got my gluten free alternatives and were happy. Thank you so much.

The breakfast provided was varied and generous. The room and the bathroom was clean and tidy. I needed a plug adapter, and the reception was able to provide it to me.

Convenient for few nights business trip. I was kindly upgraded to a superior room. Staff is very friendly and on various occasions brought me anything I might have needed right to my room (ex: extra blanket, dental kit, herbal tea ecc)

“Great Family Stay, Perfect for Exploring Navigli”
We had a wonderful family stay at IH Hotels Milan Watt 13! The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, though not very spacious. Still, they worked well for our family trip. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Navigli, which made exploring the canals, restaurants, and lively atmosphere super easy without needing transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

“It was a very pleasant staying”
A hotel with great location. The staff at the front desk was great, the girls & the gentlemen who assisted us was so kind, friendly and always with a smile on their faces!!! The breakfast was very nice with a variety of foods, drinks, coffees. It was the greatest start for the day. The bedrooms were clean & cozy.
