Hotel was very ordinary. Three was nothing very good or very bad in the room or at the hotel itself. Three is very good public transport near the hotel so going to the city center is pretty fast and uncomplicated. Wi-Fi reception is good. Quite good hotel restaurant.

Despite the late hour, the hotel eventually allowed me to use another room. A drink was offered as compensation after repeated discussions. (However, reaching this solution took a considerable amount of time and effort.)

The property was okay doors didn’t lock very well and we had our door open for the whole day.

The hotel was overall okay for our stay in Milan and the staff were friendly and helpful when issues were raised. One of our rooms had an unclean mark/stain under the TV, so we requested a room change, which was dealt with promptly. We also experienced some problems with the door locks during the stay. We did receive conflicting information regarding taxis. We were initially told a taxi would take around 10 minutes and there was no need to pre-book. However, on the morning of departure we were told no taxis were available, although the hotel’s private car hire service was. Thankfully, a young member of staff contacted a local taxi company for us and a taxi arrived within minutes, which we really appreciated. Overall, the stay was reasonable and the staff tried to help when needed.

Room size was good and the bed was comfy - we found the bar area very basic and not staffed - the breakfast was ok but only 3 hot options and got very busy - we had to change our room as the door wouldn’t lock and also the pool which is a reason we booked the hotel we had to pay to use €8 per person for half day and also city tax €10 pp per night

Family trip there was 9 of us rooms was good sizes had a double and sofa bed we had 3 room that accommodated all of us we didn’t spend much in the hotel as we was out and only at the hotel for sleep we had let lovely stay no issues straight forward location was good only 20-30 mins by car to central which wasn’t bad as you have metro and trams near by

Super friendly staff like Maria who was really helpful. The rainshower head was the strongest ive ever seen in a hotel its like a firetruck hose i loved it. The hotel garage is nice to have with EV chargers those actually worked!

“Disaster with good omelette and great personnel”

Disaster. Avoid at all costs. 1. Location: creepy residential area from the 1980s. Everything around is old, peeling and tired. It feels like a 1990s sleeping district somewhere in provincial Russia. The roads are strange too: 3–4 lanes, almost no markings. Cars slowly drift from one lane to another like sleepy flies. Next to the hotel: a gas station, KFC and a shabby little park with a surprisingly decent playground. 2. Bathroom: the real tragedy. Stinky, unbearable, disgusting. The smell spreads into the whole room. It makes everything feel dirty before you even touch anything. You don’t want to touch the walls, the towels, the bed — nothing. 3. Air conditioning: turns on automatically at night, again and again, whether you like it or not. Like a ghost machine. No peace, no proper sleep. 4. Check-in: extremely long, with lots of unnecessary papers and signatures. Bad for the planet, bad for the guest, bad for everyone. 5. Breakfast: fine for a 2-star hotel. The problem is: this place claims to be 4 stars. To be fair, the omelette was really tasty. Maybe they have some very special chickens. Bravo for the omelette. They say there is a pool on the roof. Maybe if you get drunk enough, the place starts to make sense. Unfortunately, I don’t drink. 6. Staff: the only real positive thing. Nice people, clearly trying their best. 7. Security: very stylish and pleasant guys. I honestly don’t know why the hotel needs them — maybe the area is rough, maybe some guests get wild. But the guys themselves are great. They should be in movies, not standing at the hotel entrance. By German standards, this feels like a 1-star hotel at best. Overall: never again.
