Room size is reasonably big and comfortable. Sufficient number of towels provided. Toilet is spacious and clean. Reception service, laundry service and room service is very good. Reception staffs are courteous and friendly.

This is not a 4-star hotel; it's barely a 3-star one. The room was very small and uncomfortable. The air conditioning worked poorly. There were a lot of mosquitoes. Only one set of toiletries was provided, even though there were two guests in the room.

I have been to this hotel many times because it is close to where my family live. I always say that if the bed is comfortable & a good shower that is all you need.

“Nice and Clean Though”
It's a ten minute direct bus ride [six stops] from Centrale. There is a supermercato very close. All staff were fine except for one who seemed kike she was having a bad week.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was a little out of town, but still close enough to easily get to places, which worked well for us. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous—definitely a highlight. Overall, a really enjoyable experience.
