“Unprofessional staff. The bed reservation system and the rooftop bar reservation system do not work.”
I selected the hotel for its close proximity to La Scala Opera and its rooftop bar. The location was excellent. The rooftop bar was stunning, although there were some notable shortcomings, which I will address later. The breakfast lived up to expectations. The room was spacious, featuring a large, attractive bathroom, and the hotel premises were well-maintained and clean.
