The staff were incredibly friendly, and whenever I requested something, the service was delivered almost at the speed of light. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around Milan, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. Since it was my first time in Milan, I didn’t get to fully enjoy all the hotel amenities, but I would definitely love to come back and take more time to experience everything the hotel has to offer.

“nice hotel for both business and holiday stay”
the room was nice and big, just the bed for my son was a bit small, but ok to sleep, the breakfast is small but you can order extra like eggs etc. location is close to the central train station, and around 1.5KM to china town and city center .

A good hotel near Milan Central Station. If you are traveling by train, it is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner.

“Perfect hotel for a stay in Milan”
Couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. Arrived early and was able to check into our room straight away. Location was fantastic, easy to walk to things and very close to the station for trains. Beds were comfortable, facilities were great. Used the spa which you have to pay extra for. Amazing roof top bar. Staff very helpful. Loved the funky decor

very disapointing that they have no parking and also offer no valet parking - unusual for a 5* Hotel. We arrived at 11.00 p.m. and no support in parking
