Spacious, good location, modern, generally nice vibes. Great deco, accurate pictures. Reasonable good reception staff but best to call if you need to clarify an issue rather than WhatsApp. They are very busy with many bookings and may sometimes forget or confuse certain elements of your booking, which I can understand within the realms of reason.

“Lovely weekend getaway!”
Perfect stay in all ways. Apartment is 5 minutes walk from Duomo, 2 minutes from metro. Super clean and amazing staff who are always available. Apartment is extremely clean and in a very quiet area (although very central). We definitely recommend it!

“Perfect stay in Milan!”
It was very well located. Walkable to all the duomo and shopping areas. It was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with basics, which were on the house. The owner sent Daniele to show us the apartment, explain the amenities and hand over the keys. Beds were very comfortable. 2 large bathrooms. Air condition in all the rooms, which was very good.

“A fantastic apartment! Highly recommended!”
Constant communication from the Heart Milan office and very friendly host when we arrived. We came to the office instead of the apartment itself and Ronard was there to direct us! He met us at the apartment when our taxi brought us to the correct location and showed us the apartment and how everything worked. The apartment was quiet, super clean, spacious and really well stocked - in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable (including the sofa bed) and sheets and towels were soft and clean. The hot water wasn't working in the ensuite shower and it was fixed within a few hours! The balcony/terrace was the icing on the cake and we had breakfast in the sunshine of Milan each morning! Location was safe, busy (without being TOO busy) and right in the "heart" of Milan!!! I would not even look to stay anywhere else when I return to Milan. Heart Milan were brilliant and I would highly recommend the apartment and the company Friendly, helpful, efficient and a super city apartment stay! 10/10

I rarely write reviews, but we spent several wonderful days in Milan. This isn't our first time here, but this apartment added positive aspects to our experience. The location, cleanliness, furniture, and meeting organization were all top-notch. The apartment is with Italian charm; the living room windows overlook to the cathedral, and in the evening, the apartment is filled with soft light. Thank you !
