I booked a long weekend at this hotel through Booking. When I arrived at the hotel reception, it turned out that I had mistakenly booked those days only for the next week and not the current one. I showed the mistake at the receipt and they told me that they could not credit me since the order was through Booking. Of course I booked my stay through them for the current week and when I returned to Israel I asked Booking for a refund. They contacted the hotel and the hotel refused the refund (even when the second time I only asked for a 50% refund, when in practice I booked my stay from the hotel and paid them directly, it's not like they lost my reservation!). Pay attention to these things, a decent hotel would return the money and not take advantage of a guest's mistake.

The cozy accommodation paired with impeccable service made this reunion with my long-distance boyfriend all the more wonderful. ✨

We had a very pleasant stay at Grand Visconti Palace. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very well organized. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the metro and Bus 90, making it very convenient to explore Milan. Breakfast was good. The buffet is not particularly large or luxurious, but it offers almost everything needed for a nice breakfast and we always found enough variety. The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa area. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary access to the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. It was absolutely wonderful and very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The spa facilities are beautiful, and we truly appreciated this thoughtful gift. Thank you very much for making our stay even more enjoyable.

Good location. Right by underground station. Easy to navigate. Nice bar area. Room was nice. Added bonus of large pool area with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Nice breakfast.

“Wonderful stay in elegant hotel on the doorsteps of Milan city centre”
The location is great and very convenient to reach by public transportation, with a metro stop just 2mins walk. Being slightly out of the centre, the area is quite, and only 10mins walk from Porta Romana, with huge choice of bars and restaurants - that feel more local than the touristy ones in the centre of Milan. Staff is great, very welcoming, very polite The property feels very new and spotless. We had a fantastic stay and I'll definitely be back.

Breakfast was a disappointment. The menu was limited and very monotonous; the eggs were too greasy, and you had to order coffee. I would have preferred to be able to make my own coffee rather than having to order it from the staff.

“Not so Grand anymore”
You can tell that this hotel used to be Grand. There are some impressive structural features. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice.
