“A great apartment and a lovely host”

Due to a medical issue with a family member, we needed to find accommodation in Milan to extend our stay. I am so grateful that we found Cesena 3. A lovely 2 bed apartment in a quiet street, with the added bonus of having the 12 line tram less than 100 metres away, which takes you straight to the Duomo in around 30 minutes. The apartment was very clean, both bedrooms very comfy with plenty of clothing storage. A bedside phone charger was a thoughtful addition. The washing machine was a real godsend and the compact kitchen had everything needed, whether warming food up or cooking from scratch. Our host Cristina is a super lovely lady who was so helpful - on arrival day she sent through little videos on how to access the various entry points to the building, making the whole process very easy and welcoming. We recommend this apartment highly. Once again, grazie mille Cristina.

A large, spacious apartment, suitable for 4 people, equipped with everything you need .Up the stairs one floor. The owner of the apartment Cristina is available and helpful (we arrived at the apartment after midnight because the flight was late, Cristina was in touch and made sure we got along) there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Self check in is possible and simple.

Everything

Everything was perfect! Despite of travelling in February, the temprature inside was comfortable and what is important – you may regulate the heating. Cristina was wery helpful and it’s really nice to see, when the host is thinking the first about the guests, not about earning the money. Definitely recommend :)

Very clean and spacious. It was convenient to have a closed private parking place just downstairs. Cristina, the host, was super nice and helpful. The tram stop is 150m away and it takes you 23 min to get directly to Duomo

“Large apartment with a parking space”

A lovely, clean apartment with plenty of room. The apartment includes 2 generously sized bedrooms, combined dining/lounge, kitchen with stove/oven/microwave/kettle and a bathroom with a washing machine. The property is very secure and although the parking space was a little tight for an SUV, it was still manageable and a rare asset in this location. It is a very easy 20-30minute tram ride to the Duomo. We also enjoyed access to other spots like chinatown along the same number 12 tram line. Our host was really helpful and answered all our questions about getting around in Milan.

Cristina is an incredibly kind and friendly host. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with many amenities that you won't always expect to find in this type of accommodation. The location is very good as well, in a quiet residential street but only a few meters away from the closest tram stop and with plenty of restaurants and a 24h supermarket within walking distance. Overall a really great stay!
